Maintaining vital training!
Over the last 10 years we have built a reputation of excellent customer service and pride ourselves on our no-nonsense, practical & memorable first aid training.
Throughout the Coronvirus outbreak we quickly adapted to ensure we can still deliver vital first aid training to our customers as we understand first aid is both an important skill and a requirement of many organisations.
To reduce contact time with other people & ease the pressure of releasing staff over several days we have adopted a new approach to training using blended learning. This is where up to 50% of the course is completed through an online e-learning module provided by eLearn Here and the remaining as a face-to-face practical session.
How it works
Step 1 – Book a course
All course dates can be viewed online and currently we offer blended learning courses for our Full Paeditric First Aid, First Aid at Work & First Aid at Work Requalification courses.
Blended learning is only permitted on certain first aid courses. The following table outlines which courses are permitted and the proportion of time that is allowed for each course:
Stage 2 – E-learning module
Prior to your practical session you will be sent login details to acces our e-learning course with interactive quizes, videos & additonal resources to help prepare you for your practical session. These can be completed in small stages or all at once.

Stage 3 – Practical course
The date for your practical session is listed on our course dates webpage and is either 1-day for the Paeditric First Aid or First Aid at Work Requalifcation courses or 2-days for the First Aid at Work courses.
This will cover all the practical aspects of the course such as how to stabilise an unconscious casualty, practicing CPR and badaging a wound. Further details on our COVID-Safe procedures can be found here: COVID-Safe Training.
In-house (private) courses
If you wish to book a course for your organisation or group we can offer you the choice of a blended learning course or fulle face-to-face practical course. Please remember that only certain course can be held as blended leraning (see above).
