Coronavirus Update 2021

Following the announcement of another National Lockdown from 5th January this is an update to our customers about our Spring 2021 courses.

We recognise that some organisations will require qualified first aiders to to keep their staff & customers safe and meet their statutory requirements for health & safety in the workplace.

It is also vital that we look after the safety & wellbeing of our staff and customers so, based on the latest guidance, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our public courses in January & early February. We will continue to review this with a hope to re-start face-to-face training later in the Spring.

We are able to provide courses for businesses and organisations that require first aid training so that they can continue to provide an essential public service. Whilst we appreciate that ‘essential services’ cover quite a diverse range of sectors we have put together a brief guide here to help individuals and businesses decide what they feel is an ‘essential service’ that requires first aid training.

We will be in touch with all customers who have a place booked on a public course in January & February with further details of the options available to you. Rest assured all bookings will be honoured.

We are taking provisional bookings for March onwards. As this is an ever changing situation, no payment will be taken at this time and then we will confirm nearer the time which courses will be able to go ahead.

Following on from our very successful blended learning courses in 2021 there is also the option of completing part of your course online prior to your practical course even if it has to be rescheduled to a later date. This can be as an eLearning course or ‘live’ webinars.

We trust you appreciate the efforts we are making to ensure you can still receive your training in a timely manner and will update this page with further details as appropriate.
